The Lumery carried out a MarTech review interviewing over 40 stakeholders and reviewing over 30 applications within the marketing technology ecosystem.
Capability across Australia Post’s data, people, process and technology was reviewed to provide a holistic view of the current state.
The complete marketing technology ecosystem was mapped based on connectivity, data integrations, capability and usability.
Outcomes
A detailed findings report, executive presentation and tactical roadmap was produced to provide a comprehensive view of Australia Post’s marketing technology landscape.
