QA Specialist

The Lumery is on the hunt for a versatile and experienced Senior QA Specialist to be help drive significant change across some of APAC’s most recognisable brands.

Who you are

  • You have keen interest in web and mobile testing.
  • You are a strong communicator that has the ability to work with technical and non-technical teams

  • You have experience in writing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • You have exposure to Email Campaign and HTML testing and familiarity with one of the email platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Adobe Campaign etc.
  • You have strong research skills, including the ability to understand user experience and fit it into testing.
  • You adapt easily to priorities on the fly based on emerging needs for users and development.
  • You have familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or a similar project management/ticketing system and  Microsoft Office tools.
  • You are familiar with browser development tools and email rendering check tools.
  • You are proficient in cross browser testing.
  • You have experience testing web and mobile applications.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • QA campaigns in both pre- & post-launch to ensure accuracy and correct implementation.
  • QA client integrations, creative content & campaign configurations post launch as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues that arise with development team, identifying the cause and fix or escalate to appropriate entity.
  • Test new campaign releases ensuring user experience remains intact.
  • Monitor running campaigns and companies alerting of any anomalies or errors and initiating the process to fix the issue
  • Drive the QA process including: suggesting and implementing process improvements, identifying new tools and coordinating improvements with R&D.
  • Advocate process improvements and defect tracking.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Multimedia / Computer Science or similar.
  • 2-4 years of QA experience, ideally in web environments.
  • Software QA or online production/media QA experience.
  • Experience of 3rd party ad servers such as Doubleclick and Atlas a plus.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL and HTML a plus.
  • Knowledge of QA procedures and ability to understand business requirements and translate them to QA requirements.
  • Experience in scripting languages and/or automation is a plus
  • Motivated, self-starter, self-learner, highly collaborative, team player
  • Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience explaining technical information to non-technical people.
  • Well organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Understanding of web testing techniques is a plus
  • Knowledge / familiarity with email marketing tools like Responsys Interact, Eloqua, Salesforce Exact Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Neolane,
    Epsilon Harmony etc
  • Experience in defect tracking and reporting.

Senior Delivery Manager (Melbourne and Sydney)

The Lumery is on the hunt for an experienced and proven Senior Delivery Manager to be help drive significant change across some of APAC’s most recognisable brands.

  • You have referenceable experience in leading delivery with multi-disciplinary teams in an agency environment
  • You have a proven track record and even certification in Agile delivery, but know the ins and outs of waterfall and can handle it just as confidently
  • You have experience in the MarTech space, whether its running implementation of platforms, or managing teams and stakeholders who deliver using this technology
  • You are comfortable managing all aspects of delivering a successful outcome for a customer; project timelines, resource management, conflict resolution, financial tracking and stakeholder management.

  • Create, lead and implement a robust deliver process for The Lumery
  • Own the overarching delivery roadmap for the business, working with internal stakeholders to manage resources and deadlines
  • Implement an agile-based methodology to project delivery that is adopted by all team members
  • Engage across the organisation to gain buy in on the process, prioritisation and delivery process
  • Be the key business owner for the implementation and adoption of tools in relation to delivery and project management
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
  • Work with Delivery / Program Managers to share best practice
  • Oversee all work is delivered to the expectation of that customer and the company.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and involve members of the team as, and when, required
  • Create statements of work, project plans, proposals and briefing documentation.
  • Manage resourcing, budgets and overall delivery process for your accounts

Front-End Developer (Melbourne)

Do you have a passion for finding creative ways to solve technology problems? We’re looking for a versatile and proactive front end developer to help drive significant change across some of APAC’s most recognisable brands.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Front End Developer at The Lumery working with Senior Development Leads
  • Ownership and implementation of development, testing and delivery processes.
  • Key platforms of execution will be Marketing Orchestration tools e.g. Responsys, Exact Target and Adobe Campaign. Onsite testing tools e.g. Optimizely, Test and Target and Maxymiser.
  • Strong collaboration with Strategy and Client teams

Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
  • Proficient understanding of web and email markup, including HTML5, CSS3.

Optimisation Strategist (Sydney or Melbourne)

Do you understand all things optimisation -statistics through to coding, through to UX?

The Lumery is looking for an Optimisation Strategist responsible for optimisation strategy across multiple accounts, heavily skewed towards onsite optimisation.

We’re seeking a generalist with a specialist knowledge in one of the following key optimisation needs – statistics, product strategy, growth hacking, experience design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to conduct optimisation ideation sessions.
  • Ability to scale an optimisation practice across multiple channels and clients.

Data/Digital Analyst (Sydney or Melbourne)

Reporting to the Data and Analytics lead, the Digital Analyst will spend their days analysing large data sets using a variety of tools. There will be a key focus on developing and maintaining a reporting structure for the analytics and dashboard requests received from stakeholders on a regular basis, specifically:

  • Analyse large and complex data sets using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Create and structure dashboards within Adobe analytics, constantly ensuring they are displayed and configured in a way that drives the most value.
  • Manage incoming client requests for analysis on a daily basis, part of your role will be to work with the Data and Analytics lead of the account to develop a structure for managing these requests that can be scaled and improved upon ongoing.
  • Constantly searching for insights that drive real value to the client
  • Communicating your findings to key stakeholders to help drive commercial value on the account

  • Analysing data, finding insights, and developing recommendations to help clients create individualised cross-channel marketing experiences.

Marketing Automation Specialist (Melbourne)

A Marketing Automation Specialists at The Lumery is equally skilled on tools and with handling business and technical requirements. They have hands-on experience in executing campaigns in marketing technology platforms such as Responsys, Exact Target (Salesforce) and Adobe Campaign. In addition, a Marketing Automation Specialist can convert business requirements into technical briefs, develop and maintain documentation, and of course proactively monitor and manage client campaigns. As someone dedicated to the field, a Marketing Automation Specialist also stays up to date on key platform enhancements that are being worked on.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, build and maintain highly personalised and dynamic cross channel campaigns and programs
  • Coordinate and implement changes to existing campaigns and programs
  • Develop and maintain documentation around campaign processes, briefing, technical requirements and execution
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into technical briefs that can be used to build campaigns and programs
  • Proactively monitor and manage client campaigns
  • Stay up to date on key platform enhancements that are being worked on

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing / Multimedia or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in campaign production environment
  • Strong coding and programming experience
  • Extensive knowledge and application of HTML & CSS
  • Experience in SQL is preferred
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript
